How to Apply

If your charitable organization would like to be considered for a $100 Rack Room Gives donation card, please complete the application below and submit it directly online or download the donation request form & submit it
via fax (704.547.8153) or mail (8310 Technology Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262). Similar to a gift card, this donation card is ideal for fundraising events and can be used to purchase a pair of shoes up to $100 in value. The donation card expires 90 days after your special event.

Application

Rack Room Shoes is committed to the communities we live and work in; and we are grateful to those like yourself, who work to make your community a better place for everyone. The Rack Room Shoes Local Community Donations program was designed to make local donations available to organizations such as the one you are representing.

Please note that we do have a few requirements. Before you submit your application, please ensure your organization is eligible and that you have included the required supporting materials.

Complete the following information:

Your organization must be a 501(c)3 with a valid tax ID number.
Your group must be local and benefit the community in which one of our stores is located.
Only one card per year, per organization, please.
Supporting materials must be provided: letter, brochure or hand out promoting your event

By submitting this application, you will be considered for a $100 Rack Room Gives Donation Card. This is similar to a gift card and can be used for the purchase of a pair of shoes up to $100 in value and expires 90 days after your event. The card is perfect for fundraising events.

Upon receiving your application, our Rack Room Gives committee will review your submission. The committee makes Local Community Donations decisions once a month. All organizations will receive a response via mail if we are able to honor your request with a donation.

Please allow 30 days for us to review and respond to your application.

Through our partnership with Shoes That Fit, Rack Room Shoes has provided more than 63,000 pairs of shoes to children in need.

Rack Room Shoes encourages and recognizes employee contributions and volunteer efforts in non-profit organizations.

We offer the opportunity for individuals to make requests for a $100 Rack Room Gives donation card to support local non-profit organizations.
