About Rack Room Grants
Through the Rack Room Employee Grants program, Rack Room Shoes encourages and recognizes employee contributions and volunteer efforts in non-profit organizations.
Rack Room Shoes has provided employee grants in the form of footwear donations, sponsorships, gift cards and silent auction items to support charitable causes our employees care about.
HOW TO APPLY
We’re proud of Rack Room Shoes employees who volunteer their time, talents and energy to give back to their local communities. It’s important for us to continue to provide resources through our employee grant program to facilitate further involvement. Enrollment Process – In order to be eligible, you must be a full- or part-time employee and have completed one full year of employment with Rack Room Shoes. Eligible employees may apply on two occasions within a calendar year for a maximum amount of $500 per year.
- A Rack Room Employee Grant Program Committee will review the applications to determine the projects that will be awarded grants.
- Store Associates should contact their Regional Manager for enrollment information
- Grants are awarded based on information provided and the applicant’s ability to explain how supporting the organization will create positive change in the community.
- Donations are not to be used as direct contributions to an organization’s general operating fund. They must be applied to event or specific project-related expenses only.
Application – Download the Rack Room Shoes Grants Application, complete by providing as much information about the event or project as possible and return to Rack Room Shoes Corporate, Attention: Marketing Department.
- The organization must have a valid 501(c)(3) federally tax-exempt status with the U.S. Government.
- The request can be up to $500. Eligible employees may apply on two occasions within a calendar year for a maximum amount of $500 per year.
- Employees can make requests for a gift card, a shoe donation or sponsorship donation.
- When sponsoring an event or sports team, Rack Room Shoes must receive ad space or a logo placed on promotional materials.
Through our partnership with Shoes That Fit, Rack Room Shoes has provided more than 63,000 pairs of shoes to children in need.

We offer the opportunity for individuals to make requests for a $100 Rack Room Gives donation card to support local non-profit organizations.
